HỆ THỐNG PHÂN TÁN KHÍ được thiết kế và chế tạo riêng để đáp ứng các yêu cầu hiệu suất cụ thể của khách hàng. Các thành phần chính bao gồm:

Máy trộn/bộ tiếp điểm đường ống chính

Thiết bị dòng phụ, bao gồm:

• Máy trộn tĩnh tiền phân tán

• Bộ dẫn khí (nếu khí ở áp suất thấp)

• Bơm ly tâm, hoạt động ở lưu lượng không đổi.

• Các điểm lấy mẫu, van, thiết bị đo lường, hệ thống đường ống kết nối và thiết bị dự phòng, tùy theo yêu cầu.

Hệ thống phân tán khí là một khái niệm mới về trộn và truyền khối diễn ra đồng thời. Hệ thống được thiết kế để kết hợp 2 máy trộn tĩnh. Ứng dụng của hệ thống bao gồm:

Trộn carbon dioxide vào nước uống để loại bỏ sắt, mangan, carbon dioxide.

Trộn ozone để khử trùng nước uống hoặc nước thải.

Trộn ozone để xử lý nước Tháp Giải Nhiệt nhằm tiêu diệt vi khuẩn và giảm cặn, từ đó tăng hiệu suất truyền nhiệt, giảm lưu lượng gió, giảm lượng hóa chất sử dụng.

Trộn ozone để loại bỏ ô nhiễm.

Trộn ozone để loại bỏ thuốc trừ sâu.

Trộn ozone để khử mùi.

Giảm BOD và COD.

Statiflo Gas Dispersion Systems (GDS)
GAS DISPERSION SYSTEMS are custom engineered and built to meet customer specific performance requirements. The main components are:
Main line mixer/contactor
Sidestream equipment, including:
• Pre-disperser static mixer
• Gas eductor (if gas is at low pressure)
• Centrifugal pump, operating at constant flow rate.
• Sample points, valves, instrumentation, interconnecting pipework and stand-by equipment, as required.

The sidestream gas/liquid dispersing equipment can be compactly side mounted directly on the contactor mixer or alternatively floor/skid mounted.

Typical applications for the Statiflo GDS include

A concept for simultaneous mixing and mass transfer exclusively designed and built by the leaders in motionless mixing systems. The systems are custom engineered and built to meet customer specific performance requirements.

The gas dispersion system is a new concept of mixing and mass transfer occurring simultaneously. The system is designed to combine 2 static mixers. The system’s applications include:

Mixing carbon dioxide into drinking water to remove iron, manganese, carbon dioxide.

Mixing Ozone to disinfect drinking water or wastewater.

Mixing Ozone to treat Cooling Tower water to kill bacteria and reduce scale thereby increasing heat transfer efficiency, reducing wind volume, reducing the amount of chemicals used.

Mixing Ozone to remove contamination.

Mixing Ozone to remove pesticides.

Mixing Ozone to deodorize.

Reducing BOD and COD.

Complete mixing in the channel is possible, achieving a low CoV, over a wide range of flowrates. With head losses of just a few millimetres feasible, gravity flow is an option, eliminating the expense of pumping, saving not just capital costs, but ongoing maintenance and energy costs too.
