2. Pretreatment: Complete degreasing
3. Tightening torque: 100N・m

Curing conditions: 25°C × 24 hours

Features of Herme-seal No 403
• Non-toxic and solvent-free type anti-corrosion sealant for piping with excellent heat resistance.
• It exhibits excellent sealing effect on piping such as water supply, hot water supply, and antifreeze.
• Japan Water Works AssociationJWWA K 161(Liquid sealant for lined steel pipes for water supply) Standard
product can be used for all applications such as water supply equipment, hot water supply piping, and water
supply facilities.
• This is an anti-corrosion sealant that conforms to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism
Common Specifications for Machinery and Equipment Construction and the Standard Specifications for
Public Building Work (Machinery and Equipment Construction).
• It is ideal for stainless steel pipes and can be used for lined steel pipes and various other piping.
• After complete curing, it exhibits excellent chemical resistance and can be used for water supply, hot water,
hot water, kerosene, antifreeze, air, nitrogen gas, etc. (Cannot be used for steam piping.) )
• The tube and fluidity make it easy to work with and economical to use until the end.
